These guys were amazing!!! They were able to diagnose and fix our plumbing problem quickly and efficiently. The guys who came out were very professional and down to earth. There wasn't a question I asked that they couldn't answer. We re-piped our house and I have to say the price was the best. We got several quotes and theirs was the best and the people were the best. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

"I’m very pleased"

Extremely satisfied with precision, plumbing, heating and air. Mike Hudson and assistant arrived on time, courteous and explained what they were going to do. They serviced our unit and finished in a timely manner. Shared our system is functioning well and nothing needed other than the maintenance they accomplished. I’m very pleased.

"Something hard to find"

We just got home from vacation and found out that our disposal had rotted through the bottom. Nothing that a regular person would realize I asked for referrals in the neighborhood and my next-door neighbor told me about Jacob Hasty at Precision. He was here the next day with everything I needed and I now have a working disposal, a very clean area and his business cards that I will treasure because they are my source to something hard to find.

"Don’t hesitate"

Decided to give Precision Plumbing and Heating and Air a call to install new faucets with lines and shut off valves. I was nicely contacted and quoted a fair price and given a time for the install. I was contacted by Service Tech Jacob Hasty. He was on time, very informative, did a super job, cleaned up everything. "A rockstar for us"

Fantastic service, and Chris Blackwell has been such a rockstar for us when we've needed him. Quality work at a fair price, timely, and transparent on the actual reasons and costs for the work. Helped us out huge with a backed-up pipe that flooded our house, as well as a leaking shower drain. Would recommend to anyone looking for help in the Fort Mill or Rock Hill areas.

"Very fair price and excellent job"

Earlier this year we had a plumbing emergency so I contacted some friends that highly recommended Precision. We were so impressed that I knew I would use them again. Well yesterday afternoon we needed help and to our surprise the same technician that serviced us before arrived. This tech is professional, he knows what he is doing and he takes pride in his work and the company he works for. Very fair price and an excellent job with our repair.

"Definitely our go to from now on!"

I called Precision on (July 10) around 1:00 to look at my well pump as to why we kept losing water pressure. Eric and his partner were to the house before 2:30 and had everything up and running within the hour for a reasonable price. Precision didn't know, but they were my 2nd opinion after another company came out and told me that the only thing that could be done is replace the whole system for $6,700 and that was the only option! I am so happy we got a second opinion from Precision and saved a ton of money! Definitely our go to from now on! We appreciate the speed, honesty and integrity! Thank you!

"He fixed my broken pipes so quickly and tested it before he left"

Was bathing the kids last night and when they drained the tub water started pouring through the ceiling downstairs into my kitchen. Chris Blackwell came and saved me thank goodness. He also snaked my shower for me when I asked if I could have them do that later. He fixed my broken pipes so quickly and tested it before he left. So beyond grateful and this will be my go-to for plumbing needs!!

"We highly recommend Precision Plumbing, Heating and Air."

We had another Heating and Air company come and tell us our heater vent pipe was plumbed wrong. We called EJ from Precision Plumbing for a second opinion who found that there was nothing wrong with the way it was installed. There's not many companies that are honest so we have found the one we will deal in the future for plumbing air conditioner or heating. We highly recommend Precision Plumbing, Heating and Air.

"Will absolutely be calling them in the future"

Lynn and E.J. were absolutely great people to work with. Quickly diagnosed the problem and got our two AC units running efficiently for a fair price and never pressured or tried to overcharge us. So refreshing to meet some good honest and genuine people in today's world! I have been through a lot of HVAC techs in my life and I cannot recommend these guys enough. Will absolutely be calling them in the future.

EJ did a great job fixing my a/c problem! He was prompt, polite and professional. He explained the issue in very understandable manner and I could not be more pleased with his work. I will not be calling any other company to service my unit. My house was noticeably cooler before his visit was finished.

I was very happy with the job they did, and how personable and customer-service oriented their staff is. We know it's not easy for contractors in dealing with our 105-year-old house, but these guys made it look like a breeze! I highly recommend calling them for anything from minor repairs to large jobs...they can handle it!
